Meet Our Centre Director

Ralph Southall is a qualified early childhood professional with an Associate Diploma in Social Science (Child Care), an Advanced Diploma in Business Management and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training. He has worked in the early childhood field for more than 20 years and has expertise as an early childhood educator, Centre Director, Children’s Services Lecturer and Management Committee Board member.

Most recently, Ralph has consulted to industry as a professional development and support provider, with a particular interest in assisting child care services to provide  high quality early childhood experiences for children and their families. He has broad knowledge and valuable experience in all aspects of child care and business management, including administration, financial management, program development and quality improvement.
