Child Australia 2023-2024 Reflect RAP

Child Australia’s Reflect RAP provides us with a shared vision of reconciliation as we work toward embedding the five dimensions of reconciliation into our organisation: unity, race relations, equality and equity, institutional integrity, and historical acceptance.

This plan is a commitment to working towards a more just and equitable Australia for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Just as we thought that 2020 was one of the most challenging years globally, along came 2021 filled with its own twists and turns. Navigating the pandemic across jurisdictions, lock-downs, lockouts, border closures, mandatory vaccinations and more, 2020-21 may in fact be the year that has brought us the most lessons, growth, and resilience.We express sincere gratitude to our exceptional people for their unwavering commitment over this past year. Our people are incredibly passionate professionals that embody a selfless culture, delivering on our mission and championing our values every day.
