The development of this Strategic Plan coincides with Child Australia’s coming of age and our progression from a fledgling organisation with a focus on the inclusion of children withadditional needs in early childhood settings, to becoming a leading early years support agency.

This Plan provides a road map for our organisation to sustain and expand our role in enhancing the capacity of the early childhood education and care sector. It articulates strategies to drive and support reform across early childhood educationand care in Australia and identifies opportunities to capitalise on our experience and transfer our evidence informed knowledge into practice.
