
Leadership in Early Childhood
Participants will reflect on their own leadership and develop an understanding of maintaining a professional workplace in which all staff member can communicate and raise issues openly, participate in respectful debate and contribute to each others ongoing professional learning.

- Reflecting on improving methods.
- Building staff members professional knowledge.
- Strengthening relationships with children and families.
- Establishing the expectations of quality of educators and practices to promote children’s wellbeing, learning and development.
