Participants will reflect on their own leadership and develop an understanding of maintaining a professional workplace.
A workplace in which all staff member can communicate and raise issues openly, participate in respectful debate and contribute to each other’s ongoing professional learning.

- Identify the very unique differences between ‘management’ and ‘leadership’
- Interpret and challenge own leadership style
- Develop strategies to lead your team by inspiring change
