
OSHC Effective Program Delivery
This professional learning course outlines from start to finish how to understand the planning/learning cycle within an Outside School Hours Care setting.
Educators will be given the opportunity to reflect on their practices and will be able to explore the uniqueness of school aged pedagogy and what can easily inform decision making. OSHC Educators will be able to discover professional OSHC approaches to guide best practice, interactions and relationships whilst focusing on the Framework for School Aged Care (My Time Our Place).
Learning Outcomes:
- Participants will identify the OSCH practices and principles that drive the curriculum
- How the OHSC service philosophy is different and personal reflection contributes daily?
- Discover the hidden gems for OSHC documentation
- Revisit the NQS elements set out for an OSHC quality curriculum.
