Description:
Quality Improvement Planning: Unpacking the exceeding themes is an extended workshop of five hours, aims to help participants identify and understand exceeding practices within their service by referring to the Guide to the National Quality Standards.
During the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to network with others working in the same sector, allowing them to expand their knowledge and gain valuable insights. This interaction with peers can aid in evidence collection and offer support in distinguishing between service strengths and exceeding practices. By understanding the key differences, participants will be better equipped to guide their teams towards achieving exceeding standards within their organisation.
