YANI LYNCH – THRIVING FUTURES COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT OFFICER
Yani is originally from Hedland and recently returned to the region after living overseas. She is a mum to two young girls and understands the importance of having childcare services available in regional towns. Based in Hedland, Yani is really well placed to answer all your questions relating to the centers we have partnered with in both Hedland and Newman and who are looking to recruit their future workforce. Yani is also driving the Thriving Futures Academy which offers unqualified candidates the opportunity to enroll in a program that will give an insight into what a career in Early Childhood involves before enrolling on a formal Cert III training qualification.
PAULA DENNISON – RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Paula has been part of the Thriving Futures project team since its initial rollout. She is actively involved in the recruitment activities for the local childcare centers and works very closely with Yani in helping candidates understand the roles on offer in town and the pathways available for those wishing to embark on a career path in Early Childhood.
